On 10th and 11th March 2017 Leicester welcomes 180 Fest the newest arts and music festival to the city. Taking place over two days this fun and exciting festival will showcase a variety of engaging art forms across three venues - Top Dog at Brewdog, Nighty Six Degrees Cafe and The Exchange

180 Fest is the brainchild of eight De Montfort University (DMU) students as part of thieir 3rd Year Module for an Arts & Festival Management Degree. The brief was to organise a multi day event to include a variety of art forms not just concentrating on music. The University supplied a budget of £1,000. The students then divided the job roles and began booking venues and artists to take part in the festival. Five months later their hard work, enthusiasm and passion has paid off as this new exciting festival is due to take place next weekend.
