The Successful Candidate:

Has extensive management experience in hospitality, retail or leisure.

(A qualification in hospitality is desirable)

Has an enthusiasm for delivering an exceptional customer experience and to be part of a professional ambitious team.

Has the energy to work 48 hours a week, at least 5 evenings/nights per week including weekends (shifts finish midnight - 2 am) and be flexible to work other daytime shifts as required.

Job Description

·Accountable to the General Manager

·Hands on day to day management of the bar

·Serving food & drinks, handle cash sales

·Management of a team of staff including day to day, rotas and systems

·Management of systems and processes

·Stock ordering and control including profit margins and wastage

·Cellar management

·Management of the customer experience

·Deliver exceptional customer service

·Modeling exemplary practice
